The Pitch Deck Slides Investors Actually Read

Decks are skimmed, not studied

Most investors spend only a few minutes on a first look. They jump to a handful of slides and decide whether to read more.

The slides that get the most attention

Problem and solution. Make them concrete. Show a real customer situation.

Traction. Even early numbers are valuable if they move in the right direction. Show the trend, not only a total.

Team. Explain why your background fits this problem.

The ask. How much you are raising, what it buys, and which milestone it reaches.

Cut the rest

Long market sections, generic competitor grids and dense technical detail can go to an appendix.

A quick test

Show your deck to someone outside your industry for two minutes. If they cannot explain what you do afterwards, simplify.
