What Nordic Angel Investors Look For
Angels invest their own money
Unlike a fund, an angel answers to nobody but themselves. That makes decisions faster, but also more personal.
What angels care about
Founder trust. Angels often say they invest in people first. Be clear, honest and easy to work with.
Their own expertise. Many angels prefer sectors they know from their own careers, where they can add more than money.
Ticket size fit. Angels usually write smaller cheques. Ask for an amount that fits, and show how their cheque combines with others.
Clear next milestone. Explain exactly what the round will achieve and when.
How to approach them
Warm introductions still work best. When writing cold, keep it short: what you do, why now, what you are raising, and one proof point.
